Life is so wonderful, if we focus on what we have, love, want, grateful for and be in service to others.
In my own journey to health and understanding, there are two simple thought patterns. Let me call one FAILURE. Failure is all about “Finding pain no matter how good it is” You may know people that always talk about stuff they don’t like, don’t want in their lives and Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “Great minds discuss ideas, small minds discuss people”. Talking about things they don’t want in their lives, those things grow in size as you direct more energy into them…. But you don’t want them! BREAK your cycle by becoming conscious!
The second though pattern is labelled as SUCCESS. “Success is creating many pleasureable moments and causing you to grow, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually”. Did you know that according to Dr Deepak Chopra we think over 68,000 thoughts a day and guess how many are NEGATIVE? Around 90% for some people! Interesting!
The big Question is “How do I change or improve my thought patterns?” My question is “Do you really want to?” On a scale of 1-10 and be honest how open minded are you to changing your current state of mind and REALITY?
Buddha once said, "You are what you think having become what you thought". I feel this quote pretty much sums up our states of mind.
Henry Ford also once said, "Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right."

In other words, if you don't like the Results you're getting in your life right now. It truly is a simple process... change your thinking! Einstein once said “problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them” How do you do this? Listen carefully. You are always Evaluating where you are. You are always thinking. What I mean by that is, you are always asking yourself questions. The two primary questions you ask yourself on a regular basis are, “What does this mean to me?” Everything in your life has a meaning. Secondly “What shall I do?” this is where the action then comes in. So now that you have been reminded about the simple evaluations which go on in your life unconsciously until now, you can take immediate control.
Reprogramme your thoughts and mind by ask yourself SMARTER questions like:
What’s really exciting in my life right now?
What was actually funny about that situation?
What do I respect or love about that person?
What am I most happy about in my life?
What am I most grateful for?
Who do I love and who loves me?
Who and what am I most proud of?
What were the advantages/benefits?
What did I learn that I would never do again?
How can I create a win out of this situation?
What could I do today to make a breakthrough in my business?
How can I be of better service to my staff/colleagues/family?
What could I do today to spend more time with my family?
What can I do today to improve my quality of life?
How or what could I do to gain more wisdom from myself?
What could I see today which will put me in a great mindset?
What could I smell today that I’ve never smelt before?
I wonder who I’m going to meet today, that will inspire me?
What did I just learn new about myself?

Surround yourself with like-minded people. Form win-win relationships. Determine who is trustworthy and who displays character traits of integrity, honesty and authenticity. Dissolve those relationships that no longer serve you in a positive light and enjoy relationships that feed your soul and make you feel good.
Keep a food journal each week. Research shows that people who journal what they eat tend to lose twice as many pounds and make healthier food choices. Take pictures of your food!
Reward yourself. Allow yourself time to rest without feeling guilty. Give yourself daily sunshine. Indulge in a long bath with Epsom salts with a relaxing essential oil such as lavender. Enjoy more sex! Schedule a massage or sauna. Listen to your intuition and give your body, mind and soul the support it needs.
